Sujata Gujadhur is a highly accomplished senior management and education professional with over 30 years of experience in training, corporate administration, aviation, and organisational management.
As the Founder and Managing Director of Acropolis Training Institution (ATI), she has played a pivotal role in establishing the institution as one of Mauritius' leading private training providers. Under her visionary leadership, ATI has achieved sustained growth through a strong commitment to excellence, innovation, and the delivery of high-quality education and professional training.
She has also successfully led the planning and execution of internationally recognised conferences and professional events. Most notably, she spearheaded the GRC Leadership 2025 Conference, held in November 2025, which brought together distinguished industry leaders, experts, and professionals to discuss emerging trends, governance, risk management, compliance, and leadership, further reinforcing ATI's reputation for delivering world-class learning experiences.
As Managing Director, Sujata provides strategic leadership across all aspects of the institution, overseeing governance, academic administration, operational management, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement. She works closely with government authorities, industry partners, and international organisations to ensure that ATI continues to deliver high-quality, industry-focused education while maintaining the highest standards of training and learner success.
